Nous vous demandons d’envoyer de nouveau massivement des fax de soutien à notre lutte pour appuyer nos revendications à l’ambassade du Japon de votre pays et la ville de Koto de Tokyo.

Nous vous remercions vos soutiens pour la lutte des Sans abris de Tatekawa Parc de la Rivière de Tokyo . Avec les soutiens massifs des internationaux, nous avons pu obtenir la promesse orale (c’est filmé) suivante :
1. Les autorités de la ville de Koto n’auront pas recours aux forces de l’ordre pour l’expulsion
2. Les Sans abris obligés de quitter les lieux à cause des travaux pourront s’installer dans un espace du même parc où des travaux ne sont pas prévus.
Le 12 janvier 2012, la ville a brusquement annoncé l’explusion des tentes au 27 janvier avec comme argument : l’avancement des travaux.
Nous avons alors nous même déplacer les tentes des 13 Sans abris dans un endroit où les travaux sont déjà réalisés. Ces Sans abris ont monté eux-mêmes leurs tentes et y vivent depuis une vingtaine d’année suite à la crise économique.
Malgré la promesse, la ville a mobilisé une centaine d’agents de sécurité pour les expulser. Une confrontation violente avec la police a eu lieu mais nous avons pu empêcher l’explusion. La ville a alors encadré avec des barricades l’endroit où nous avions installé les tentes.
Les arguments de la ville sont : "les voisins du parc se sentent en insécurité à cause de l’existance des Sans abris" justifiant ainsi la mise en place des barricades.
Nous n’acceptons pas cette politique et pratique de la ville qui accorde la légitimité à la logique d’exclusion et de discrimination.
Nous exigeons :
1. Le respect des droits des Sans abris et l’arrêt immédiat de l’explusion en hiver.
1. L’arrêt immédiat des travaux qui n’a pour objectif que l’expulsion des sans abris, le nettoyage social
2. L’accord d’un lieu où les sans abris pourront demeurer
